ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 1.3% and is now showing falls for the last three months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 1.1% and is now showing falls for the last three months.
