2 Persons: Summary health characteristics, non-remote areas, age standardised rates, Australia, 1995 and 2001

DETAILED TABLES

Many of the statistics included in the following detailed tables are subject to large sampling error. In particular, users should exercise caution when interpreting differences between estimates for Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations, between 1995 and 2001, between remote and non-remote areas, between males and females, and between age groups.

The relative standard errors have been produced for all tables with 2001 age standardised estimates and are included below. Please refer to the Explanatory Notes for further details about the reliability of the results (including sampling error). Also refer to the Technical Notes for an indication of the size of the sampling error likely to be associated with particular estimates, and for an explanation of the statistical significance that can be determined for differences observed in the estimates.
