DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 1.0% in February after falling for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.8% in February and has risen for four months.. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 0.1% in February and has risen for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.1% in February and has risen for 13 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.9% in February and has risen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.1% in February and has fallen for five months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 1.2% in February and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.1% in February and has fallen for four months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 4.4% in February and has fallen for five months.
