Victoria produces more tomatoes than any other state. In 2001-02, Victorian farmers produced 262,400 tonnes of tomatoes, ahead of Queensland (109,500 tonnes) and New South Wales (34,800 tonnes). TOMATOES, Victoria, year ended 30 June
