ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions rose 0.5% and has risen for four months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 0.6% in September having risen for the previous five months.
