EMPLOYED PERSONS BY INDUSTRY In Victoria, Construction (87.3%) and Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services (83.8%) recorded the highest proportions of total males employed. Industries with the highest proportions of total females employed were Health Care and Social Assistance (80.8%) and Education and Training (67.1%). In terms of full-time employment, Construction accounted for the highest proportion of males employed in Victoria (93.6%), and Health Care and Social Assistance accounted for the highest proportion of full-time females employed (75.2%). The industry with the largest proportion of male part-time workers was Transport, Postal and Warehousing (75.2%), while Financial and Insurance Services employed the largest proportion of part-time females (87.5%) followed by Health Care and Social Assistance (87.0%).
