ABOUT THIS RELEASE
The 2002 National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Social Survey (formerly Indigenous Social Survey) brings together a wide range of information about the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population in Australia. Topics include culture and language, family and community, health, housing, education, employment, income, financial stress, transport and mobility, as well as crime and justice.
The data reference package contains acrobat files of questionnaires, interviewer's instructions, prompt cards and other material used in the collection of information. It will also contain RSE tables for the national publication tables.
