ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions rose 0.8% and has risen for the last ten months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building rose 0.6% and has risen for nine consecutive months.
