Main Features About this Release Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander hospitalisation is higher than non-Indigenous Australians (Media Release)	ABOUT THIS RELEASE Provides information about the reasons for which Indigenous people are hospitalised, the characteristics of Indigenous people who are hospitalised, the procedures which are performed on them in hospital and how this compares with the rest of the Australian population.
