Main Features Value of Building Approved Dwellings Approved Dwelling units approved,States and territories Dwelling Units Approved Data Cubes About this Release	DWELLINGS APPROVED TOTAL DWELLING UNITS The trend estimate for the total number of dwelling units approved fell 2.0% in February and has fallen for 15 months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 7.8% to 10,050 dwellings, the highest estimate since October 2008. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals fell 1.2% and has fallen for 15 months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 0.1% to 7,091 houses, the highest estimate since October 2008. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved fell 4.1% and has fallen for eight months.
