International standards for the compilation and dissemination of Balance of Payments and International Investment Position statistics have been revised. This information paper describes the changes to the international standards and the impacts on statistics as presented in International Trade in Goods and Services, Australia (cat. no. 5368.0). The paper advises the timing of the proposed changes and provides access to mock-ups of the proposed publications and the related spreadsheets that will be available from the ABS website.
