ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions has fallen for the last seven months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building is now showing falls for the last four months.
