Main Features About this Release	ABOUT THIS RELEASE The aim of this paper is to provide users with a detailed assessment of the benefits and limitations of Census data for each of the three education topics contained in the 1991 Census. Each topic is analysed separately looking, in particular, at factors such as variation in counts between censuses, changes in form design, non-response and comparisons with other education data sources to evaluate data quality.
