This product contains the digital boundaries for the Destination Zones (DZN) used in the 2011 Census of Population and Housing. The 2011 DZNs were developed by the individual State and Territory Transport Authorities for the analysis of commuting patterns and the development of transport policy. The DZNs are not part of the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS) and do not represent a statistical standard endorsed by the ABS.
