Information Paper: Changes to Time Series Spreadsheets for House Price Indexes, Eight Capital Cities (6416.0.55.001), advising users of this change, was released on 28 March 2006 and provides a concordance between the old Lotus 1-2-3 .wks spreadsheets and the new Excel .xls spreadsheets.
