The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.6% and has fallen for 10 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 4.4% in November and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 2.5% and has fallen for nine months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 4.2% in November and has fallen for the last 13 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 4.7% and has fallen for 13 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 3.9% in November and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.9% and has fallen for seven months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 6.4% in November and has fallen for 11 months.
