DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 0.1% in February and has fallen for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.5% in February and has fallen for nine months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria was flat in February. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.3% in February after rising for seven months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 0.8% in February and has fallen for two months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.5% in February and has fallen for four months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 2.1% in February and has fallen for three months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.3% in February and has fallen for two months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 1.4% in February and has fallen for 17 months.
