DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 2.9% in June and has fallen for three months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.0% in June and has risen for seven months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 1.8% in June and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 1.3% in June and has fallen for four months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.2% in June and has risen for two months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.3% in June after falling for seven months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 4.1% in June and has fallen for seven months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.2% in June and has risen for five months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 0.4% in June and has fallen for nine months.
