ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions rose 0.7% and has now risen for 12 consecutive months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 0.7% and is now showing falls for the last three months.
