The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 2.0% and has fallen for 11 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 4.3% in December and has fallen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.1% and has fallen for 10 months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 8.1% in December and has fallen for 14 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 4.4% and has fallen for 14 months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia fell 4.1% in December and has fallen for six months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.4% and has fallen for eight months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia fell 5.2% in December and has fallen for 12 months.
