In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 15.9% to 12,342 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for private sector houses approved fell 0.6% in January and has fallen for 13 months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate fell 2.4% to 7,933 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for private sector other dwellings approved rose 0.6% in January and is now showing rises for six months.
