DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 1.0% in June and is now showing rises for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.0% in June and has risen for 15 months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 1.2% in June and is now showing falls for 11 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.9% in June and has risen for five months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland rose 0.1% in June and is now showing rises for 14 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.6% in June and has risen for five months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 0.8% in June and has risen for 12 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 2.6% in June and has risen for 12 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 1.8% in June and has risen for 17 months.
