CHANGES TO ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY PUBLICATION
The ABS is planning to change the format and content of this publication from the June quarter 2002 issue. Changes will involve the inclusion of trend estimates in tables 1 and 2, and will incorporate extra tables on the value of work done for original, seasonally adjusted and trend series in current prices for Australia and the States/Territories. Tables on Activity by State (tables 11 to 18) will collapse some commodoties and not have a private/public split. Tables 19 to 23 will be reformatted with minor changes to content.
This file is a mock-up of the new publication, containing no data, outlining the changes to format and content.
The first publication with these changes will be released on 10 October 2002 , with data in respect of the June quarter 2002.
