About this Release	HOUSING SA NAME OF COLLECTION Housing SA Applicants OVERVIEW The Applicants dataset contains all data relating to the process where a Housing SA customer applies for public or Aboriginal housing, as a new applicant or as an existing tenant wishing to move (transfer) to another dwelling. The Applicants dataset is an internal dataset to enable reporting against Commonwealth and state performance indicators and for Housing SA Annual Reports. SCOPE All Housing SA customers applying for public or Aboriginal housing. DATA DETAIL Country of birth Refugee arrival date Language spoken Housing SA collects a range of data used to determine a client's housing needs as well as contact details and geographic location. GEOGRAPHIC DETAIL Housing SA customers requesting public or Aboriginal housing assistance in South Australia. AVAILABILITY OF DATA AND PUBLICATIONS Routine reports are produced for monthly key performance indicators at regional levels. Information is available through Annual Reports, Quarterly Reports, Trust in Focus (annual) and ad hoc requests.
