DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales fell 0.3% in October after rising for nine months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.7% in October and has fallen for four months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria rose 3.8% in October and has risen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.2% in October and has risen for nine months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 1.7% in October and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.4% in October and has risen for seven months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 0.6% in October and has risen for 11 months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.0% in October and has risen for 10 months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 0.3% in October and has risen for six months.
