RELEASE SCHEDULE

A staged release of data from the Schools, Australia (cat. no. 4221.0) publication has been adopted to ensure the ABS supports stakeholder requirements for the data while being consistent with ABS legislation and policy.

Data dissemination is as follows:

• Student data, analysis and supporting documentation will be available on 5 February 2015
• Staff data and analysis will be available on 5 March 2015
• School data, measures of student engagement, and summary tables will be available on 19 March 2015.

Summary tables incorporate data previously published in PDF format. Prior to 2010, these were available through the Schools, Australia, Preliminary publication (cat. no. 4220.0).

Data cubes are published as pivot tables, and have been produced to show the last 15 years' of data where appropriate. The pivot tables make complete disaggregation possible. Earlier years, where available, can be found in previous publications under Past and Future Releases of Schools, Australia.
