DWELLING UNITS APPROVED STATE TRENDS The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in New South Wales rose 0.6% in November and has risen for ten months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 1.0% in November and has risen for nine months. VICTORIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Victoria fell 1.2% in November and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 0.9% in November and has fallen for four months. QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland fell 1.5% in November and has fallen for four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses fell 3.9% in November and has fallen for six months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia rose 1.7% in November and has risen for five months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses rose 0.7% in November and has risen for six months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Western Australia rose 0.6% in November and has risen for seven months.
