Beef production in the September quarter 2010 increased 2% to 530 thousand tonnes compared to the previous quarter.


MUTTON AND LAMB

Mutton production in the September quarter 2010 decreased 2% to 34 thousand tonnes compared to the previous quarter. Lamb production increased 1% to 102 thousand tonnes.


PIG MEAT

TOTAL RED MEAT
