CHANGES IN THIS ISSUE

The 2015-16 I-O tables contain the following changes to the Input-Output Product Classification (IOPC).

IOPC 26110010 Electricity generated from fossil fuels has been disaggregated into:

  • IOPC 26110011 Electricity generated from coal
  • IOPC 26110012 Electricity generated from natural gas
  • IOPC 26110013 Electricity generated from other fossil fuels

IOPC 28100010 Water, sewerage and drainage services has been disaggregated into:
  • IOPC 28110010 Water supply
  • IOPC 28120010 Sewerage and drainage services

IOPC 28101980 General government consumption of fixed capital (2811, 2812) has been re-numbered to:
  • IOPC 28121980 General government consumption of fixed capital (2811, 2812)

A number of product descriptors have also been changed to improve coherence.
