How do you use Census data? About this Release	Census data is used to inform decisions by people and organisations from all over Australia. This includes governments, local councils, not for profit organisations, researchers, businesses and community groups. The ABS wants to share the stories of how Census data is used, to help people understand the value of completing their Census.
