Contains results from the 2003 expanded scope Survey of Tourist Accommodation. The expanded scope includes caravan parks with 40 or more powered sites; visitor hostels with 25 or more beds; and holiday flats and units operated by owners, managers or real estate agents with sole letting rights to 15 or more units.

Data provides information on the supply of, and demand for, tourist accommodation facilities. Includes number of establishments, capacity, occupancy and takings from accommodation. Information is presented for each state/territory and Australia and by Tourism Regions as defined by the respective state/territory tourism commissions.

Supplementary datacubes are available for all states and territories - 8635.1.55.001 to 8635.8.55.001.
