NEW SOUTH WALES, VICTORIA

The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in New South Wales rose 1.3% in the December quarter after falling for nine quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Victoria rose 0.4% following falls in the previous two quarters.


QUEENSLAND, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Queensland rose 0.4% after falling for five quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Western Australia fell 0.1% and has fallen for four quarters.


SOUTH AUSTRALIA, TASMANIA

The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in South Australia rose 2.8% and has risen for three quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Tasmania rose 3.1% and is now showing rises for two quarters.


NORTHERN TERRITORY, AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY

The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in the Northern Territory rose 1.7% and has risen for two quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in the Australian Capital Territory rose 4.7% and has risen for three quarters.
