Ratio - figures expressed as part of 1.

Percentage - figure expressed as a percentage ranges from 100 to 0.

Please note the correspondence 'CP2006RA_2006POA.txt' has two fields containing 'POA_2006'. POAs do not have a name, however the program requires two of the columns populated, and therefore the 'POA_2006' has been duplicated.

The Remoteness Area from Postal Area (RA from POA) correspondence for 2006 allows the conversion of population data from POA to RA.
