NSW STATISTICAL TRAINING

Developing statistical skills for better decision making

The ABS provides a range of statistical training courses to advance your skills in undertaking high quality statistics, statistical analysis, and using statistics to inform decision making. The training courses develop practical skills through presentations, interactive discussions and participant involvement in individual and group exercises.

Not sure whether the training is right for you?

Each ABS course provides an introduction to a wide range of issues confronting users and producers of statistics. The courses are suited to people who have limited practical or theoretical experiences, and want to develop a working knowledge of using statistics and data.

The courses are designed to increase your confidence in using statistical data, and to gain a better understanding of the issues involved in choosing and using statistics.
