Through its strategies, the WDAP aims to create a respectful and inclusive work environment that values and utilises the contributions of all employees, and address disadvantage or discrimination experienced by particular diversity groups within the workplace. The WDAP also clearly sets out responsibilities and accountabilities of its employees for supporting this Plan and helping ABS achieve its objectives of the WDAP.
