The Census Night ratio for Halls Creek was 131. Although the Census Night ratios were somewhat higher for males (135) than females (127), the largest differences between Census Night and usual resident populations was found between age groups. People aged under 50 years of age had a Census Night ratio of 118, while those aged 50 years and over had a Census Night ratio of 185.
