The Physical Activity publication presents information on detailed adult and child physical activity and sedentary behaviours (with particular focus on screen-based activities) derived from self-reported and pedometer collection methods from the NATSINPAS and the combined NATSIHS and NATSINPAS dataset, as applicable. Information is presented with selected population characteristics and health risk factors.

Data is presented alongside the recommended numbers of servings for each of the reference age/sex groups specified in the ADG.

The Consumption of Added Sugars publication includes average consumption (grams per day) of added sugars and free sugars, the proportion of energy derived from added/free sugars, as well as the relative contribution of major and sub-major food groups to added/free sugar intake from the NATSINPAS sample.
