Profiles of Health, Australia (cat. no. 4338.0) provides a comprehensive statistical overview of people's health in Australia. This product was first released on the 29 October 2012 and is designed to be updated progressively.

The First Results publication (cat. no. 4364.0.55.001) presents information on long-term health conditions and health risk factors from the NHS sample (that is, 20,500 people). The Health Service Usage and Health Related Actions publication (cat. no. 4364.0.55.002) presents information on use of health services and actions people take for their health (for example, medication use).

The Updated Results publication (cat. no. 4364.0.55.003) presents information on health risk factors (such as tobacco smoking, Body Mass Index and fruit and vegetable intake); selected long-term health conditions and blood pressure. With a larger sample size of the combined NHS and NNPAS dataset (approximately 32,000 people), this publication provides more accurate estimates and allows for analysis at a finer level of disaggregation.

The Physical Activity publication (cat. no. 4364.0.55.004) presents information on detailed adult and child physical activity and sedentary behaviours (with particular focus on screen-based activities) derived from self-reported and pedometer collection methods in the NNPAS. Information is presented with the selected population.
