It’s time to register for a free Census Data Seminar

Registrations are now open for the 2016 Census Data Seminars series. Whether you’re an academic, not-for-profit, small business owner, government planner or simply a data enthusiast – the Census Data Seminar series has something for you – and attendance is free.

The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS), universities, and local government partners will play host to 29 seminars across Australia including on Norfolk Island.

Seminars will offer insights and stories from the data collected in the 2016 Census – who we are, where we come from, how we live and where we’re headed. Presentations will be tailored to the seminar location, providing a snapshot of the local area with comparison to the rest of Australia.

Data specialists from the ABS will also be on hand to provide Census data product support and guidance.

If you are unable to attend in person, seminars in capital cities will be webcast live and available on-demand from the ABS YouTube channel after the event.

Dates and locations are on the ABS website. To register, go to abs.gov.au
