CHANGES IN THIS ISSUE

This release is the final issue for Manufacturing Production, Monthly (cat. no. 8301.0.55.003). From July 2010, pre-mixed concrete production data will be available from the monthly release: Production of Selected Construction Materials (cat. no. 8301.0), with the first issue of this publication released on 25 August 2010. The release dates of this publication (cat. no. 8301.0) have been brought forward as a result of the preliminary release being discontinued.


DATA NOTES

This publication presents monthly estimates of the manufacturing production for Pre-mixed concrete, Plasterboard and Water heaters in Australia.

More detailed breakdowns and other commodity items collected by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) are available on request for a charge. Items for which additional production data are available are listed in paragraphs 7 to 11 of the Explanatory Notes.

Where figures have been rounded, discrepancies may occur between sums of the component items and totals.
