This CD-ROM contains the following population projections for the 11 Victorian Statistical Divisions and 78 Local Government Areas: total population, households and average household size; population by sex by five-year age groups; population by sex by single year for the ages 0 to 24.Projections of total population and households are for every year from 1996 to 2021. Age and sex projections are for every year from 1996 to 2006, and then for 2011, 2016 and 2021.

Note: CD-ROM was produced by the Research Unit of the Department of Infrastructure, Government of Victoria. Included in the price is a copy of the publication (8913.2). A new issue of this CD-ROM product, with the title 'Victoria in Future - The Victorian Government's population projections for the State's Local Government Areas, 1996 - 2021 on CD-ROM', was expected to have been released in late December 1998.
