This release contains several modifications to these statistical processes. These changes will improve the usability and coherence of the Census of Motor Vehicles (MVC) data in TableBuilder. The changes in this release include: Relaxation to the sparsity threshold to enable the creation of large detailed tables; New set of perturbation rules have been created especially for MVC data and Additivity has been turned off. Although the sums of inner cells will no longer equal the totals, the data will be consistent across multiple tables and more coherent with the raw data totals.
