Main Features Value of Work Done, Volume terms June qtr 2007 Value of Work Done, Volume Terms Value of Work Commenced, Volume terms About this Release	VALUE OF WORK DONE VOLUME TERMS TREND ESTIMATES NEW SOUTH WALES, VICTORIA The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in New South Wales fell 0.8% in the June quarter following three quarters of growth. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Victoria fell 1.1% and has fallen for two quarters. QUEENSLAND, WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Queensland fell 0.1% following five quarters of growth. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Western Australia rose 3.9% and shows sixteen consecutive quarters of growth. SOUTH AUSTRALIA, TASMANIA The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in South Australia fell 2.0% and has fallen for three quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in Tasmania rose 2.5% and shows three quarters of growth. NORTHERN TERRITORY, AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in the Northern Territory fell 3.6% and has fallen for three quarters. The trend estimate of the total value of building work done in the Australian Capital Territory fell 10.1% and has fallen for two quarters.
