SUMMARY COMMENTS

  • In the September quarter 2007, the seasonally adjusted estimate of the value of total building work done rose in states and territories other than Queensland (-3.1%). The largest rise was in the Northern Territory (21.8%).
  • The original estimate of total building work done rose in states and territories other than Tasmania (-2.7%) and the Australian Capital Territory (-0.7%).
