QUEENSLAND The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in Queensland is now showing falls for the last two months following fifteen months of rises. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses has risen for the last eighteen months. SOUTH AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total number of dwelling units approved in South Australia has fallen for the last four months. The trend estimate for the number of private sector houses has risen for the last eleven months. WESTERN AUSTRALIA The trend estimate for total dwelling units approved in Western Australia has been falling for the last nine months.
