In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 7.7% to 12,048 dwellings. PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals rose 2.1% and has risen for seven months. In seasonally adjusted terms the estimate rose 1.5% to 8,515 houses. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved fell 1.3% and has fallen for 13 months.
