PRIVATE SECTOR HOUSES The trend estimate for the number of private sector house approvals rose 1.4% in October and has risen for eight consecutive months. PRIVATE SECTOR OTHER DWELLINGS The trend estimate for the number of private sector other dwellings approved rose 0.7% in October and is showing rises for the last six months.
