ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 2.3% in November and has fallen for 11 months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 10.4% in November and has fallen for five months.
