ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of alterations and additions fell 0.6% in February and has fallen for 14 months. NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING The trend estimate for the value of non-residential building fell 7.3% in February and has fallen for eight months.
