Exports of live cattle
Live cattle exports in the June quarter 2012 increased by 94% to 189 thousand when compared to the previous quarter. Of these, 119 thousand or 63% were exported to Indonesia and 18 thousand to Egypt.

Exports of live sheep
Live sheep exports in the June quarter 2012 increased by 29% to 720 thousand when compared to the previous quarter. Of these, 258 thousand were exported to Kuwait, 142 thousand to Qatar and 120 thousand to Turkey.
